Salvatore was born on the stunning Azure Coast in Sorrento Italy.His passion for food was ignited from an early age.Working in the family kitchen with his Grandmother,Mother & Sisters.
Since 2002, Salvatore has developed an acclaimed menu at Botticelli of Brighton,Specialising in Italian and continental cuisine.Which includes an extensive a la carte menu,& a variety of specials which change with the seasons.
